Programmable Components

A CTADE-coding layer within each component allows you to build specialized event handling and even override component functionality. CTADE contains an extensive set of built-in objects, methods and properties that are called from VOS Code.

Open Database Connectivity

(ODBC) allows applications to pull information from virtually any data source including SQL Server, Oracle and MS Access databases, leveraging your current database infrastructure.

Integration with Enterprise Applications

Our pre made applications can easily integrate with existing enterprise applications using COM+ or DDE standards, and communicate using TCP/IP messaging.

Support for High Density Applications

CTADE applications can optionally implement a separate thread for each voice- processing channel and do not require separate components for thread management. This results in a highly efficient, multitasking architecture, capable of supporting more voice processing power (240 lines per server).

CTADE for IVR

TTI has put together a number of applications that can be immediately put into service. We can also modify these applications to meet your specific needs. These applications include:

The above applications are simple and were designed to have an easily understandable user interface. They create an experience that is sincere and deliver content quickly. Some are serious business applications, while others developed for recreation are enjoyable to use.

The applications are highly scalable and reliable and were designed to maintain a consistent user interface between applications. Operational costs are low and any of them can easily evolve into new applications with a minimum of effort.

Chat Application

The 'Chat Application' provides a configurable number of chat floors with a variable number of chat rooms. Chat rooms have the following capabilities:

  • different host and guest logins
  • announces the number of people participating in a chat session prior to a new participant entering the room
  • capable of limiting the number of participants to control the experience
  • additional participants above the active member can add themselves as 'listen only' - supports 96 listeners

Dateline with Chat

The Dateline application has 4 primary functions:

  1. Register and Create Mailbox
  2. Listen to Messages
  3. Enter Mailbox
  4. Chat (a chat room per type of relationship)

After customers call in to register, the system will provide them with a user identification and password. The customer is then able to create a personalized greeting message (their personal ad) and select a category that they would like to be posted in.

Registered and unregistered customers can select from a configurable category of messages they are in such as Friendship, Fun or Serious Relationships. Unregistered customers can listen to the messages, whereas registered customers can respond to messages.

Registered customers can enter the Chat Room of their choice and converse with other like-minded people. Participants have to opportunity to meet one another  and exchange information.

News

The News application delivers headline information. Key content is updated regularly and pertinent information is rapidly dispersed depending on the category a user selects. Users can select from a variety of categories, including special programs.

Sports

The sports application delivers regularly updated general sports information. Users are then prompted for categories targeted for their personal interest and detailed information related to their selection are played.

Movies

Users navigate by selection or movie, ultimately selecting a specific movie and playing location. They can receive information about show times, summaries about the movies themselves, even recommendations. Searches can be done heater by theater and then all the currently playing titles at any theater can be played. After a selection has been made, tickets can be purchased.

Horoscope

A full-featured horoscope is implemented. After a user selects their sign, they can get their horoscope for the day. A variety of menus offer choices like compatibility with other signs, personal characteristics, tips - even in-depth information about all the signs of the zodiac.

Gossip

The Gossip application focuses on the Paparazzi. This application first offers a choice of headlines and goes into detailed information on local and international gossip stories.

Adult

Adult Stories - hot, steamy and bizarre. One from a number of categories can be selected. Users can effortlessly jump from one category to another.

Polls

The system is set up so that a wide variety of polls can be set up from which users can vote their choice and get results as to how others have voted on any particular issue. After voting, users can leave further express their feeling by leaving comments or details. Users can review messages/opinions left by others. All polling results are available in real time.

Games

Game competition are popular IVR pastimes. Whether you want 'Trivia' or 'Who Want's to be a Millionaire' we have them already implemented.

Personality Tests

You can use your CTADE IVR system for testing, both real and imaginary. Follow the questionnaire of a standardized personality test or create your own. We have already programmed implementations that guide the user through a complete set of tests, giving guidance and suggestions based on the test results.
